Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Primary tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales cycle, building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Requirements:

  • Drive enquiry generation, order finalization, and negotiations with customers as well as promote new parts
  • Experience in Electronic Components domain having handled key accounts in Industry Verticals viz (EMS/Industrial/Automotive/EV) in North Region with 10-15 years experience.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and market trends for informed decision-making
  • Identify and pursue new projects with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify & lead key strategic projects to enable long-term revenue growth
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with SCM team
  • Ensure timely payment follow-up and receivables management in coordination with finance team
  • Develop and execute new business opportunities across target industry verticals
  • Maintain a healthy quote-to-conversion ratio through effective opportunity management
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships
