We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing apprenticeship programs, and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a sales-driven role focused on client acquisition, net additions, and apprenticeship engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales Development
Identify and acquire new clients across assigned regions.
Drive net client additions and contribute to revenue growth.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable workforce or apprenticeship solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Regularly connect with existing clients to understand their business needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Serve as the single point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Apprenticeship Engagement
Execute and manage apprenticeship programs under NAPS/NATS.
Educate clients on the benefits and structure of apprenticeship schemes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for onboarding apprentices.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated on apprenticeship policies, government initiatives, and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing models.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in staffing, HR
services, or apprenticeship programs.
Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Schemes (NAPS/NATS) and related
processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
