Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the execution and achievement of sales objectives, manage client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and Perform Field sales activities. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales goals, and providing detailed sales activity reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to optimise services and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Leadership abilities, including team management and motivational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience within the real estate or property sector is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
