Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in South East Delhi. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, driving revenue growth, fostering relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role requires collaboration with the branch team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including experience in driving revenue growth, business development, and managing client relationships
  • Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Understanding of banking products such as retail and corporate banking services, MSME loans, and trade finance operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for fostering customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex situations and optimize branch performance
  • Proficiency with banking software, technology platforms, and basic financial products
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a customer-focused approach
