Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our Dwarka location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. This role also involves creating proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and achieving set targets. Moreover, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional events and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
  • Experience in team collaboration and coordinating marketing activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
