Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented SSales Manager who will operate as a leader at Bangalore while exhibiting strong leadership capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of 4–5 sales executives to support overall business growth and revenue objectives.
Qualifications
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Guide, mentor, and support executives in achieving the targets.
• Assist executives in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay updated with market trends.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate / MBA
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record as an individual contributor
• Experience in mentoring or team handling preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
