Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales who will drive new business acquisition across large enterprise accounts. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing strategic deals with high-value clients in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on high-value accounts
- Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and solution-driven presentations for enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with product, onboarding, and solutioning teams to ensure seamless client acquisition
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What You Will Need:
- 7–9 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development / hunting roles within fintech, payments, or SaaS
- Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
