Job Summary

Indiassetz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Portfolio Relationship Manager to manage and grow high-value client portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in relationship management, real estate consulting, portfolio advisory, and revenue generation. The role requires excellent client handling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through long-term customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow portfolios of HNI and premium clients through strategic relationship management.
  • Provide expert guidance on real estate investments, asset growth, and portfolio enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
  • Drive client acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
  • Develop customized investment and portfolio solutions based on client requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms for lead management and client engagement.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with company vision and values.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Real Estate Sales, or Financial Services.
  • Experience handling HNI clients and investment portfolios preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic mindset.
