Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and build relationships with clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new markets and customer needs, negotiating and closing sales deals, preparing reports on sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proven ability in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and achieving sales targets
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Leadership abilities with experience in motivating and managing a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software tools, and general computer skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Work experience in the cable manufacturing industry or a similar industrial field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
