Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the sales strategy for the MICE segment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. The Sales Manager is expected to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets while maintaining the brand's values and high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and managing MICE events
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and business development expertise
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or event management industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
