Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Maharashtra.
- Identify and acquire new healthcare customers (hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical institutions).
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) for smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at healthcare trade shows, conferences, and client meetings in Maharashtra.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within healthcare customer, medical devices, or pharmaceutical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing network within Maharashtra healthcare institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
