CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Industry Preference:

Candidates from Dry Fruits, Healthy Snacks, or related FMCG sectors will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales operations across Maharashtra and Karnataka regions.
• Handle and expand the dealer/distributor network for product distribution.
• Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to strengthen market presence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and ensure brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key retailers.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, schemes, and product demonstrations.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide market insights to management.
• Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (35 years) in General Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG/dry fruits/snacks segment.
• Strong network management and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
• Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
