We are hiring high-performance enterprise sales hunters responsible for driving new business acquisition. The role requires owning the complete enterprise sales cycle and closing mid-to-large ticket B2B deals across Insurance, Pharma, Hospital, and Diagnostic segments.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition through structured enterprise prospecting strategies.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: Prospecting Discovery Demo Proposal Commercial Negotiation Deal Closure.
- Engage, influence, and build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, including HR Heads, Sales Heads, Product Heads, and Marketing Heads.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure predictable quarterly revenue.
- Consistently close enterprise deals aligned with defined revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Performance Expectations

- Strong conversion rate from new business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy, active, and qualified sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate professionalism in managing enterprise client relationships.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Background in SaaS, HealthTech, Insurance, Wellness, Pharma, or Digital Solutions preferred.
- Proven ability to close mid-to-large ticket deals.
- Strong hunter mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
- MBA preferred; not mandatory for high-performing candidates.
