Job Overview

Olive Builders & Developers, a well-established and trusted real estate developer in Kerala, is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Thrissur. The role focuses on lead handling, customer engagement, and closing sales for our premium residential apartment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, phone calls, site visits, referrals, and digital marketing platforms
  • Explain project specifications, amenities, pricing structures, payment plans, and current offers to prospective customers
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
  • Maintain accurate customer data and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate or property sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling residential apartments or villas
  • Knowledge of the Thrissur real estate market
  • Strong follow-up, persuasion, and closing skills
