Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, product, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT Software sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
