Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on-site in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to enhance market penetration. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring the team's performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires active involvement in market research, reporting sales outcomes, and presenting actionable insights to improve business operations.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Experience in formulating and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing client accounts effectively.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated skills in building and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Analytical and Presentation Skills: Ability to perform market research, analyze key data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong negotiation abilities to close deals and build partnerships.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in real estate, PropTech, or a related sector is advantageous.
