Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to drive Industrial/B2B sales and manage client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for business development, revenue generation, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients across the Delhi/NCR region.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.

Experience in client acquisition and relationship management.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Incentives: As per company policy

Training: Company-provided training

Probation Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales activities in the Delhi/NCR territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18–35 years

Gender: Male/Female

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven track record in Industrial/B2B sales.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
