Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of market analysis and strategic planning
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
