Hyperdash (www.hyperdash.city) is a new subsidiary of Neev Energy bringing indigenous designed and developed suite of integrated AI led solutions for smart urban infrastructure combining advanced lighting technology with IoT connectivity and intelligent management systems. Its flagship offerings include Intelligent lighting controllers (HyperControl), smart Lighting Management platform (Hyperlite) and Digital operations platform (HyperStreet). The company plans to grow rapidly both in fast growing India as well as selected international markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Role Overview

This role encompasses managing Biz Development and sales of company's smart lighting solutions/projects and new portfolio of IoT controllers in targeted States/urban local bodies/municipal corporations/smart lighting OEM's/smart lighting and urban infrastructure System Integration companies.

Biz Development of IoT controllers in targeted international markets

Should be proficient in managing senior stakeholder engagements ( both Govt and Private enterprises) with minimum supervision and handle e2e sales engagement from prospecting to commercial negotiations and closure

Manage complete sales process in close coordination with tendering, bid preparation, and proposals procurement, engineering, and finance teams.

Develop B2B sales channels for IoT controllers across India and targeted international markets.

Build and manage partnerships with Smart urban EPC/SI companies and distributors.

Ensure Sales and profitability benchmarks are achieved across all portfolio categories.

Track market trends, competitors, and government initiatives to drive new opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.

Involves extensive travelling

Qualifications

BE/BS in in Electrical/Electronics/CS/equivalent

MBA (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in technology led projects/product sales to Central/State Govt, Municipal and Urban local bodies

Proficient in handling Direct Sales and Sell thru partner eco-system Exposure to smart lighting solutions, IoT controllers, automation, utilities, or smart city markets is strongly preferred.

Passionate and energetic Sales professional with strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to balance EPC/SI sales cycles with faster-paced product(b2b) sales
