Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Development:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, academies, resorts, and event organizers.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients.
  • Government Business Development (B2G):
  • Secure government contracts and tenders (defense, sports, tourism).
  • Develop relationships with public sector bodies and submit bids for public sector projects.
  • International Expansion:
  • Identify export markets and manage relationships with international distributors and sports federations.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Client Relationship & Marketing:
  • Execute customer engagement strategies and represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and product development aligned with market demands.
  • Revenue Growth & Reporting:
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare market analysis and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales (water sports, outdoor recreation).
  • Expertise in B2B, B2G sales, and international trade.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
