Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Vadodara with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations, designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, and leading the sales team to success. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth and provide insights into customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Team Management, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role in the marketing or advertising sector is an advantage
