Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and monitoring market trends to capitalize on business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare sales reports, manage CRM systems, and provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in relationship building, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and train sales teams
  • Experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in the recruitment or human resources sectors is an advantage
