We're looking for apassionate and result-oriented IT Sales & Customer Success Managerwho can generate new business, connect with clients, present our tech solutions, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients for AI and software development projects.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase Intellostack.ai solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, negotiate financials, and close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with internal tech and project teams for seamless project execution.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients during and after project delivery.
- Build strong, long-term relationships ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track leads, maintain CRM data, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
- 26 years of experience in software/IT sales, client servicing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of software development, AI, or digital transformation projects.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
