Role Description
MIIPA is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence in smart automation and lighting solutions. The role includes project-based sales, key account management, business development, and relationship management with architects, interior designers, consultants, and channel partners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value projects.

Smart Home Automation | Architectural Lighting | Project Sales | B2B Sales | Key Accounts | Channel Sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales (automation, lighting, interiors, or project-based sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, MEP, PMC & Electrical Consultant
Ability to understand and present technical products effectively
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
