Role Purpose: As our Salesforce Business Development Manager, you will own revenue growth by selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services to small and mid-market clients across the UK,US and other global markets. You will hunt for new opportunities, open doors through your Salesforce ecosystem network, and convert leads into long-term, high-value client relationships through consultative selling.
The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, understand Salesforce services inside out, and know how to leverage partnerships, alliances, and industry connections to consistently build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
What You'll Do: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries.
Leverage your current network to solicit and provide our Salesforce consulting services.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and handoff to delivery.
Must-haves: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
4-6 years of experience in B2B Salesforce ecosystem sales in IT consulting or account management experience.
Established partnerships within the Salesforce OEM ecosystem and relationships with Salesforce partner managers and account executives. Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a consultative sales environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, modules, and ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce) and familiarity with Salesforce certifications, AppExchange solutions, and partner programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
