Skills:
5-14 years of sales experience in travel and event industry.
Should have good experience in selling various destinations/packages.
Should have good knowledge of travel industry and popular destinations.
Requirements: -
· Good verbal & written communication.
· Good interpersonal skills.
. Must have good Phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close a business requirement with a high conversion rate
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Experience in advising and interacting at an executive level, coupled with strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Should have an ability and past experience of successfully delivering in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Personally lead the sales efforts for large / key clients.
Build & sustain productive relationships with existing clients, key influences and decision makers to drive client retention, expansion efforts and key account management.
Selling travel products and tour packages.
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.
Actively engage in marketing communications to your client base through WatsApp, email etc.
Retain clients with immediate escalation handling and regular visits to the client office.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the reporting manager, detailing progress toward sales goals and targets.
