Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading and guiding the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, planning and executing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent interaction with clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales team management and leadership
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor sales activities
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using CRM software
• Knowledge of the general insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
