Job Description Sr. Team Lead (Inside Sales Faade)

Role Overview
We are looking for Sr. Team Lead Inside Sales (Faade) with strong experience in the faade / building materials industry, capable of leading an inside sales team and driving qualified opportunities for faade projects.
The role requires a blend of technical understanding of faade systems, CRM-driven sales management, and team leadership. The candidate will act as a bridge between marketing leads, sales executives, architects, consultants, and the project sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team handling faade inquiries
Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, architects, builders, and consultants
Qualify leads based on project type, faade requirement, BOQ stage, and timelines
Coordinate with field sales / BDM team for site visits and technical discussions
Drive follow-ups, proposal discussions, and client engagement till handover to project sales
Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.)
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, lead status, and conversion analysis
Support pricing discussions, preliminary feasibility, and internal coordination
Ensure high standards of client communication, response time, and professionalism
Improve team productivity through call monitoring, coaching, and process improvement
Technical & Industry Exposure (Must-Have)
Experience in Faade systems such as:
ACP / Metal Faade
Aluminium Systems
Architectural cladding / building envelope products
Understanding of:
Commercial & residential faade projects
Architect / consultant-driven sales process
Project-based B2B sales cycles
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong inside sales leadership experience
Excellent communication & client-handling skills
CRM proficiency (LeadSquared / Salesforce / Zoho preferred)
Ability to read client requirements and convert them into actionable leads
Stakeholder coordination with sales, design, and projects teams
Data-driven mindset with strong MIS and reporting skills
Calm, structured, and process-oriented approach
Experience & Qualification
57 years of total experience in B2B sales / inside sales
Minimum 2+ years in faade / building materials / construction products
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
