Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to be the primary bridge between KYCKART and our most valued clients. You will nurture long-term relationships, ensure client success, and drive strategic growth within our key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth Regtech startup environment and loves building lasting partnerships.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in Fintech, NBFCs, and Banking sectors.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Success: Partner with the technical team to lead the post-sales transition, ensuring clients realize the full value of our platform.
  • Voice of the Customer: Translate client feedback into actionable product insights for our engineering and leadership teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account health, renewal cycles, and usage patterns to proactively manage retention and prevent churn.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account-specific plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills)

  • Experience: 3/4+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales, preferably in a SaaS or Fintech startup.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex value propositions to senior stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Proactive ownership, a customer-first attitude, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to resolve client issues and drive projects forward.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using data to track account performance and build growth strategies.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience managing enterprise accounts in the banking or finance sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and client success platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the digital onboarding and compliance (KYC/KYB) landscape.
