Position Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive business growth across our software services and SaaS products.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy salesperson who understands how to position digital products and services to diverse clients, from startups to enterprises.
Responsibility:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Pitch and present Prinknest's products and services (web development, digital marketing, SaaS solutions like Interactive Floor Plan, Visitor Management System, etc.) to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase value and features.
- Prepare proposals, manage CRM, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirement:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple business language.
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
