Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Growth Sales Manager will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying enterprise leads to delivering tailored demos and closing new business. This role will identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and position SubVerse AI's solutions to address specific customer challenges. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging, gather feedback from the field, and drive expansion within existing accounts. Daily activities include pipeline management, forecasting, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and tracking performance against growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in enterprise sales, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with account management and growth strategies, such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding within key accounts.
  • Ability to understand and articulate AI, SaaS, or enterprise software value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience leading product demos and executive-level conversations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in or familiarity with one or more target industries: banking, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, quota, or growth targets in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
