We are hiring Relationship Officers for MSME / LAP Sales (South India Locations).
Looking for energetic field sales professionals with strong open market, DSA, connectors, and self-sourcing experience.
Role: Relationship Officer MSME / LAP
Experience: 13 Years (Field Sales)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 30 Years
CIBIL: Up to 700
CTC: Up to 3.90 LPA + Fuel + Mediclaim + Team Insurance
Joining: Immediate / Max 1-month gap
What We're Looking For:
Experience in LAP / MSME / Business Loan Sales
From Small Finance Banks or NBFCs (Axis, Asha, Adhar, Awas preferred)
Worked on ROI range 1216% and ticket size 5200 Lakhs
Must be monthly incentive earner
Strong in open market sourcing (no branch banking or in-house leads)
