Job Description

Proven experience in home loan sales/management.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, CIBIL, and real estate.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Targets: Develop & implement home loan sales strategies, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and report performance.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage loan officers/DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to maximize productivity.

Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong ties with clients, real estate agents, builders, and financial partners.

Sales Process: Oversee home loan applications from start to finish, ensuring smooth processing and documentation.

Market & Compliance: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ensure adherence to banking regulations & company policies.

Customer Service: Ensure high client satisfaction through support and timely issue resolution.
