Job Description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in Ahmedabad. This role involves driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and market penetration within the LAP segment.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Ahmedabad region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP sales executives, providing regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with channel partners, and expand the customer base for LAP products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to loan origination and sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market and competitive landscape for LAP products.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
