We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. You aren't just a numbers personyou're a coach, a strategist, and a closer who knows how to inspire a team while keeping a steady pulse on the bottom line.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our revenue, optimizing our sales processes, and mentoring a group of account executives. If you have a knack for spotting market trends and a lead by example mentality, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and provide actionable feedback.

* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures a strong market presence.

* Revenue Management: Set individual and team sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts.

* Process Optimization: Refine the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing, ensuring the team uses our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) effectively.

* Relationship Building: Manage key customer relationships and step in to help close high-value deals when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: 1-2 yrs experience preferred/Freshers can also apply.

* Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding targets and successfully managing a sales pipeline.

* Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and identifying areas for improvement in the sales cycle.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tech, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
