We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Business Development Assistant ManagerInternto support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and analyzing performance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Support social media management (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Help create marketing content such as posts, emails, banners, and presentations
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer lists
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in SEO, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns (basic level)
- Support event marketing, webinars, and promotional activities
- Handle day-to-day administrative marketing tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or pursuing)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
