Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. They will manage sales teams to meet performance targets, provide training to team members, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer journey. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise in business development, client acquisition, and market research
- Proven experience in leadership, team management, and collaboration
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and create strategic sales plans
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry, particularly in EPC projects, will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software solutions is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Surat with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
