Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Eminent Group India's BMW dealership in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, driving revenue through strategic planning, generating leads, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities also include setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and delivering effective training sessions for the sales staff while maintaining operational excellence.

- Proven sales, business development, and team management skills
- Experience in client relationship management with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy formulation for achieving sales targets
- Understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in achieving performance goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in sales management are an advantage
- Prior experience in automobile sales, especially with premium car brands, is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
