Sales Manager

• Telecaller — Sheffy* *About Sheffy:* we're a Delhi NCR catering business — personal events at home, and food services for corporate offices. We don't own kitchens; we work with a network of around 65 partner kitchens and chefs. *The role* You're the first person a client speaks to. You take and make the calls, understand what the client is planning, work out whether we're the right fit, give them a credible starting price, and hand a clean brief to the team that builds the menu and issues the quote. *What you'll do* - Call and WhatsApp inbound enquiries — around 30-40 calls a day - Qualify every lead: guest count, date, venue, occasion, veg or non-veg - Give a starting price from our pricing sheet — and hold it - Follow up until the client decides, either way - Hand over a complete brief and keep the lead records clean *Hours — please read this properly* This is *not a 10-to-6 job*.
  
  

Most of our clients are only free to talk in the *late evening*, and that's when they expect us to call. *Sundays are working days* — weekends are when people sit down and plan their events. If that doesn't suit your life right now, this isn't the role, and that's fine. *What we're looking for* - *Fluent English — essential.* And Hindi: the client chooses the language, not you, so you have to switch comfortably. - At least a year on the phone with customers — sales, inside sales, support or similar - Comfortable with numbers; you'll be quoting per-head prices live on a call - Someone who won't discount to close, and won't promise what we can't deliver - Your own laptop, a stable internet connection and a handset. We provide the SIM. *What we offer* - *25,000 per month, fixed* - Three-month probation; *sales-based incentives will be looked at after that* - *Work from home if you'd prefer* — we're open either way - Real training: you'll be taught our pricing and our menus properly, not thrown at a phone
