Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy and daily operations to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include building new client relationships, managing existing accounts, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and coordinating with the marketing team. The role also involves team leadership, setting performance goals, monitoring performance metrics, and analyzing sales data to implement effective, growth-focused strategies.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data
  • Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the luxury consulting, premium services, or related sectors is an advantage
