Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by strategizing and executing business development plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, leading and mentoring sales teams, and analyzing sales performance data to improve outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Exceptional Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring capabilities
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Decision-Making
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Analytics Platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in the NGO or Entrepreneurial Support sector is a plus
