Role Description
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales strategies for AlphaCore Technologies. Key responsibilities include identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing sales pipelines, and meeting performance targets. The role requires detailed market analysis, the ability to negotiate contracts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, with opportunities to represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive field sales and business development across assigned regions. The role involves client visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets for IoT-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales activities across Mumbai, Gujarat, and other assigned territories in India.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IoT products and solutions.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present company offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and order execution.
Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and customer data.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
Fresher or candidates with sales/field experience can apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of B2B sales or industrial/technical products is an advantage.
