Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving the company's revenue goals. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience, preparing sales reports, and keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Manager will also mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and the attainment of sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales expertise, including lead generation, business development, and client relationship management
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, particularly fixed-income products and investment strategies
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry or bond markets is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset
