Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site or on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai/ Nagpur. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, establish strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales reports. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Manager must be from printing/ packaging experience with focus on pressure sensitive adhesive labels, Heat Transfer Labels, Shrink Sleeves etc.

• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data
• Team Leadership and Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the packaging industry and related markets is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
