Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be involved in maintaining stock levels, coordinating with distributors, and achieving sales growth in the designated area.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Sales Analysis, and Revenue Generation
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Team Management, and Training
  • Ability to build and sustain strong Client Relationships and Customer Service skills
  • Problem-Solving, Market Research, and Strategic Planning expertise
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory regularly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the FMCG/Food industry is an advantage
