We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Manager to drive customer acquisition and subscription sales for Hire22.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting cold calls, engaging decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our platform, and converting prospects into paid subscribers.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills who are passionate about helping businesses solve their hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Contact HR professionals, hiring managers, recruiters, and business owners to introduce Hire22.ai's services.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying subscribers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitive offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, client engagement, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, job portals, or subscription-based sales.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience handling HR or recruitment-related clients is an added advantage.
