Role Description The Sales Manager role at Desqoo is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for ergonomic office workstations and workspace solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered, as well as monitoring market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance metrics, provide regular reporting to leadership, and support the development of new business in target markets.
