Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Category Manager / Sales Manager (B2C) to own and scale business growth for specific healthcare categories. The role involves driving patient acquisition, managing a team of B2C sales executives, and ensuring category-wise revenue and performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of B2C sales executives within assigned healthcare categories
  • Drive patient acquisition, lead conversions, and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Analyze category performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with hospital partners, operations, and marketing teams for alignment
  • Monitor KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure process adherence
  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 48 years of B2C sales experience, including team handling and category ownership
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple categories simultaneously
