Job Description

ob Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) DSA Channel (Home Loans)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:

Responsible for driving home loan sales through DSA partners by managing recruitment, performance, and lead conversion while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through DSA channel
  • Recruit, onboard, and train DSA partners
  • Build and maintain strong DSA relationships
  • Drive lead generation and improve conversions
  • Monitor DSA performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth processing
  • Share regular performance reports and market insights

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in home loans / financial sales
  • Experience in DSA or channel management
  • Strong sales and target achievement skills
  • Good communication and relationship management
  • Knowledge of home loan processes & compliance
  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Finance/Marketing preferred)
