Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying key opportunities in the packaging industry. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and presenting proposals to clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for the development and implementation of effective sales initiatives is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and deliver results
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry or related sectors is a plus
